1. Using this site

You must be 18 or older to post an ad. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish, and for the item you offer.

2. We are a listings platform, not the seller

Buyers and sellers deal directly with each other. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any item, and we are not a party to any deal made through the site.

3. What may not be posted

Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited items; misleading prices or descriptions; other people's photos; adult content; anything a law forbids.

4. Moderation

Ads are reviewed before they go live. We may reject, edit, or remove an ad, and may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

5. Paid promotions

Featuring, boosting and packages only change how an ad is shown. They are not a promise of a sale, of replies, or of any result unless a package explicitly states one.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from a deal between users.
